NATPACK Unveils Major Expansion to Power Future Growth

NATPACK, a leader in innovative packaging manufacturing solutions, is proud to announce a major expansion of its main production facility in Obour City. This strategic move marks a new chapter in NATPACK’s ongoing commitment to innovation, excellence, and meeting the evolving needs of our customers locally and regionally.

Key highlights of this project include the expansion of the classified area dedicated to the production of eye drop containers by doubling the space and the number of machines. This ensures full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements and ISO 14644 cleanroom standards. The area has been classified as ISO Class 7 and Class C according to the European Union classification, which is similar to pharmaceutical production filling rooms. This upgrade reflects Natpack’s strong commitment to applying the highest standards of quality and safety, particularly in the packaging of sensitive pharmaceutical products.

Additionally, a state-of-the-art workshop for mold modification and maintenance is being launched, significantly enhancing production speed and ensuring superior mold quality. A specialized mold storage area will also be introduced to ensure optimal preservation, easy access, and longer mold life.

Further strengthening our capabilities, NATPACK has completed a new engineering building that is fully equipped with advanced technologies to support design, development, and engineering operations.

As part of our continued investment in future growth, a dedicated space is being prepared to house the third production line for high-speed manufacturing of monolayer polyethylene and polypropylene tubes for creams. This new line will substantially boost production capacity and elevate product quality, while enabling NATPACK to expand its reach into new international markets.
