Natpack Launches New Sustainable Packaging Line for the Food & Beverage Sector

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainable manufacturing practices, Natpack is proud to announce the official launch of our new eco-friendly, fully recyclable PET packaging solutions, engineered specifically for the highly regulated Food & Beverage industry.
Driven by our vision for continuous improvement, our research and development team has spent the last 18 months refining a product line that directly addresses the global demand for reduced plastic waste. Utilizing our advanced injection and blowing technologies, these new products require fewer raw materials to produce, without compromising on the durability, safety, or shelf-life required by strict industry standards.
Maintaining Scale & Precision
A key challenge in transitioning to sustainable plastics is maintaining consistency during mass production. By upgrading our clean-room environments and integrating automated quality control systems along our extrusion lines, Natpack ensures that every unit meets the exact dimensional and structural tolerances our partners expect.
“Our operations have always been designed to support large-scale production while maintaining flexibility,” notes Tarek Abdel Moneam, Head of Technical Operations. “This new line proves that we can achieve high-volume manufacturing while simultaneously lowering our carbon footprint and that of our clients.”
“This is a massive step forward in our mission to deliver solutions that support our partners’ growth while remaining environmentally responsible. At Natpack, we view quality and sustainability not as competing interests, but as a shared responsibility.”
— Yasser Farghali, CEO
Looking Ahead
The rollout will begin immediately for our local markets in Egypt, with plans to expand distribution to our international partners by Q3 2026. This initiative is just the first in a series of planned innovations aimed at creating a more circular economy within the packaging sector.
We invite our clients to explore how these new solutions can be tailored to their specific commercial and regulatory needs.
